| Seasonal Sites We have several Seasonal Site openings. Just think, you could have a "summer home" on the lake for a fraction of the cost of owning your own. Balsam Cove is a perfect location to call "home base" for the summer with Acadia National Park and many, many other day trips within an easy drive. |

Reservation Policy
During the Regular Season, we reserve full weeks only (Saturday to Saturday) if you are booking more than 1 month prior to your arrival date. Within 1 month of your arrival or during Off-Season periods, we can reserve for less than the full week minimum.
We require a 50% deposit on all reservations.

During the off-season when our office is not staffed, please leave a message
(include the best time and number to reach you) and we'll return your call.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Your deposit, less $20.00 per unit service charge, will be refunded if your cancellation is received more than 1 month prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 1 month of arrival.
| Express Check-In Option If you pay in full at least 1 month prior to arrival we will send you a site map and a car pass, which will allow you to bypass the check-in line and proceed directly to your site upon arrival. However, you do need to check in with the office at a more convenient time later that same day of arrival. |
